About Kolin Lukas Deshazo

When Kolin Lukas Deshazo was accepted to Cornell’s Blockchain for Business Program and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Blockchain Advances & Applicabilities Program, he decided to stick with his successful entrepreneurial ventures and grow the digital community instead. By that point, Kolin had already built a reputation as a successful businessman, having started his foray into crypto in his early 20s.

As an educator and natural public speaker, Kolin has been in demand for years at national speaking engagements and conducting one-on-one mentorships. Rather than focus on reaching a small audience, Kolin saw a future where users could access a multitiered educational resource to learn the intricacies of the crypto world. In addition to the basics, Kolin saw a vital need to educate people on the methods of determining authenticity from industry players. The result was the first of its kind virtual crypto training center.

Kolin Lukas attended the University of Arkansas before transferring to Tyler Junior College. He earned his degree in Business Intelligence and immediately entered the workforce. His first job after graduation was with American Electric Power as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing. Kolin managed all of the energy-saving activities in this role. In his next post, Kolin switched careers and was coached by John Mcafee, a world-renowned computer security specialist. This life-changing decision cemented Kolin’s interest in the bitcoin area.

Kolin worked with McAfee departments for many years, managing communications and marketing. He entered the industry independently, moving on to assist with other exciting up-and-coming development projects. These included DigiByte Global Blockchain (DBG), one of the quickest, most robust, and most decentralized UTXO blockchains. Kolin Lukas Deshazo played an essential role in this firm. He excelled at user acquisition, corporate marketing, and developing the worldwide accessibility needed for the business development divisions. Kolin also worked with teams at Metal Pay (MTL), an online cryptocurrency trading platform, and Stellar Lumens (XLM). Stellar stands out for its ability to enable users to send and receive virtual versions of any type of currency from all over the globe. Its goal is for all of the world’s financial systems to work together on a single platform.

At Cornell University, Kolin enrolled in the Blockchain for Business Certification program. He received his Certification for Blockchain Applicabilities. Kolin enrolled in the MIT Sloan School of Management for his graduate certification program to study Educational/Instructional Technology. He also received his Blockchain Applications Certification.
